Barcelona play Napoli on Tuesday as Coach Quique Setien prepares for their first leg of the Champions League last-16  round, MySportDab reports.

Coach Quique Setien will manage his first ever Champions League match and he is excited about facing Napoli at the San Paolo Stadium.
Barca come into the game having won their last three games after being losing out in the Copa Del Rey against Athletico Bilbao in January.
Team News

However, Setien has the option to include five B team players in his squad that have now travelled to Italy, due to the current injury crisis at the club.
MySportDab understands the Catalan club are without full-backs Sergi Roberto and Jordi Alba, with striker Luis Suarez and winger Ousmane Dembele also out injured.
Barcelona play tonight after thrashing Eibar 5-0 over the weekend, during which Setien did not used Sergio
Busquets and Gerard Pique in the second half of the game.
Setien is aware he is under pressure for his side to impress in the Champions League this season after having been knocked out of the competition in the last two years.
Last season, Barca were thrashed by Liverpool after the Reds overturned a 3-0 first leg loss by winning 4-0 at Anfield in England.
And two years ago, Roma knocked Barcelona out in the quarter-finals.
Also, Setien has promoted several players to the first-team squad, they are expected to only act as cover for his team that won last Saturday.
The 61-year-old is expected to start Marc-Andre ter Stegen in goal, with Clement Lenglet and Pique ahead of him in central defence.
Barcelona Predicted Line-up vs Napoli – Champions League(4-3-3): Ter Stegen, Firpo, Lenglet, Pique, Semedo, Arthur, De Jong, Busquets Griezmann, Fati, Messi
