The English Premier League have announced they are launching an official Hall of Fame to celebrate 28 years of the football competition, MySportDab reports.
MySportDab understands this award will be the highest level of individual honour given out to players by the football league.
In a statement, chairman Richard Masters said: “Since 1992, the Premier League has been known for world-class players who have defined generations and given us fantastic football season after season.
“A place in the Premier League Hall of Fame is meant for the very best. It will be an event for fans around the world to look back over the years and help celebrate some of the best players.”
