Marcus Rashford has celebrated his new milestone of eight million followers on social media platform Instagram with a shocking throwback photo, MySportDab reports.
The Manchester United player is currently injured, suffering from a back problem and has spent some time on holiday during the winter break.
Rashford wrote on Instagram: ‘Smiles for the 8million. Thanks to every one of you for the support, it means everything. ‘Swipe right for the throwback.’
After swiping right, what you see next is a throwback photo of Rashford as a child.
The Red Devils winger isn’t the only United star having fun on holiday as Aaron Wan-Bissaka also shared a photo of himself feeding an animal.
Fellow teammates Juan Mata and David de Gea posted a photo on Instagram of themselves in training with the rest of the United players in Spain.
The most notable absentee from the winter camp is new signing Odion Ighalo but he is eligible to travel with Manchester United for their Europa League match in Bruges next week.
MySportDab understands Ighalo was left in Manchester when the United squad flew on Saturday to Spain amid concerns he won’t be allowed back into the UK if border controls get more serious this week.
The Nigeria international is among the travellers to the UK from China over the last 14 days, although he is not quarantined because he arrived from Shanghai not Wuhan where the coronavirus all started.
