Manchester United believe they have won the race to sign Borussia Dortmund Winger Jadon Sancho this summer, MySportDab reports.
The Red Devils are very determined to strengthen their squad with the 20-year-old now set to join from Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund.
According to The Sun Newspaper, Manchester United have already agreed personal terms with Sancho during months of talks.
Sancho is wanted by different clubs ahead of the summer transfer window, though United appear to have won the race to sign him.
The teenager has attracted the attention of clubs across Europe and is heavily expected to return to the Premier League sooner than later.
Chelsea were also interested in the 20-year-old winger, who left Manchester City a few years back.
But MySportDab understands United have been in secret talks with Sancho over the last couple of months and are determined to sign him this summer.
Jadon Sancho has already agreed to the finer details of a move to Old Trafford including salary, bonuses and length of contract, reports The Sun ? pic.twitter.com/l5AOe6C6HH
The Sun claims that Sancho has agreed on a salary, contract length, bonuses and a buyout clause.
The only thing left for the transfer to be completed if for United and Dortmund to agree a fee.
Once the German club has agreed to the deal, he would surely then become a United player.
Dortmund want United to break the current transfer record paid by the club, which is currently £89million spent to sign Paul Pogba in 2016.
Sancho remains determined to join United and snubbed the chance to join City.
But it will cost at least £100m or more for Untied to bring him in.
The Red Devils are likely one of the few club in the world to have money to spend in the transfer market after the coronavirus crisis ends.
Borussia Dortmund remain keen for Sancho to stay because his contract runs until 2022, but are resigned to the player’s decision to leave this year.
