A Footage has emerged online of Tottenham Hotspur players ignoring rules by training side-by-side in North London, MySportDab reports.
A video now trending on social media on Tuesday afternoon appeared to show defender Ryan Sessegnon and Davinson Sanchez jogging side by side on Hadley Common.
MySportDab can confirm that the Spurs duo were seen by a passerby across Monken Hadley Common in London.
Government have already made it clear that members of the public can only exercise once per day on their own or with someone from their household.
People have also been informed to keep a 2m distance apart to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
However, Sanchez and Sessegnon were filmed side by side on their jog in north London.
Further pictures show Coach Jose Mourinho wearing Tottenham’s training kit and standing with other players during the session.
The pictures were shared on an Arsenal fan account, with the caption: ‘Spurs stars and Coach training at Hadley common (Barnet) today!! They aren’t doing themselves any favours at this time..’
Following the video making rounds, a Tottenham spokesperson responded.
He said: “All our players have been told to respect social distancing during outdoors exercises.
“We will continue to pass this message.”
The video comes after different Premier League players broke Government rules during the coronavirus outbreak.
Jack Grealish, Mason Mount and Kyle Walker have all faced the consequences for breaking lockdown rules.
Other Premier League players are currently at home keeping fit with training grounds closed and matches suspended until April 30.
