Marcus Rashford has admitted he would be delighted if Jadon Sancho signed for Manchester United this summer because he can become a world-class player, MySportDab reports.
Sancho has been heavily linked with a summer transfer to United after another impressive season in Germany.
Sancho has scored 17 goals and provided 19 assists in all competitions this season and United are now leading the race for his signature after Liverpool ended their interest.
Rashford has an experience of Sancho’s abilities close and personal, having played with him on the international stage for England.
Speaking on an Instagram Q&A Rashford said:’It would obviously be good, Sancho’s a talented player, a new generation.
‘It’s exciting to watch him become the player he’s turned out to be.
‘Hopefully we can all together again, it would be good.’
Asked what was special about Sancho, Rashford added: ‘He plays without rules, very creative, imaginative, I think those are things you need to be world class.’
Manchester United and Chelsea are still in hot pursuit of Sancho but not ready to pay Dortmund’s £120m valuation, though MySportDab understands the Red Devils are prepared to offer something close to thst figure.
United have already been in touch with Sancho’s agent but are not ready to submit any formal approach, especially due to the coronavirus pandemic.
