First half goal by Joshua Kimmich gives Bayern a win over Dortmund as they go seven points clear, MySportDab reports.

Two wins out of two games following the resumption of the German Bundesliga after the coronavirus break.

Bayern coming from a 5-2 win over Frankfurt at home while Dortmund defeated Wolfsburg away from home 2-0.

Borussia Dortmund started the game as the strongest after creating the first goal scoring chance which saw Haaland ball cleared out from touchline.

The match went on with the home team claiming 66% of ball possession while Bayern settle for 34%.

Lewandowski came close scoring but his effort was saved neatly by the goalkeeper.

The game began to open up with the away side fighting back and controlling the game more.

It proved helpful as they registered the opening goal through Joshua Kimmich who smashed it brilliantly to make it 0-1.

The second half proved to be another ball game as both teams came out gun blazing attacking each other.

Dortmund almost equalize after Mahmoud Dahoud tries his luck from distance but his effort ended up safely in the hands of Manuel Neuer.

Erling Haaland couldn’t do anything to help his team get back level before he was replaced by Giovanni Reyna.

No goal was scored by both teams as the match ended with the 0-1 in favour of Bayern Munich who goes seven points clear at the top.
