Bayer Leverkusen youngster Kai Havertz has refused to talk about his future after scoring another brace in the Bundesliga on Saturday, MySportDab reports.
Havertz has become a wanted player across Europe with Barcelona Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester United all showing interest.
But, Leverkusen have made it clear that they will not sell the 20-year-old for less than €100million as he has continued to impress this season in the Bundesliga.
When questioned about his future in Germany, Havertz sad: ‘I do not like to talk, of course, that there are a lot rumours.
‘I’m focused on this season and will see what happens at the end.
‘I am grateful to Leverkusen and I don’t want to mess that up for any reason.’
Kai Havertz scored his second brace in two Bundesliga matches as Leverkusen continue their impressive restart to football after the coronavirus pandemic.
Leverkusen moved into third place in the table, but could drop back down to fourth after RB Leipzig’s game against Mainz on Sunday.
Havertz also revealed that Bayern Leverkusen deserved to win against Champions League rivals Monchengladbach.
He added: ‘We’re very happy about the win. We prepared to win here and we did it.
‘We had to give everything today and I think we deserved the win.’
