Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed plans to start Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes together, MySportDab reports.
Manchester United fans can’t wait to see Bruno Fernandes and Paul Pogba play in midfield.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking forward to forming a strong midfield relationship between Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes once the Premier League resumes.
Fernandes signed for United in the January transfer window and has improved the team so far as they fight for Champions League football.
However, Bruno is yet to play alongside Pogba as the Frenchman has been sidelined since December of 2019 due to injury problems.
MySportDab understands fans still want to see what those two players could do on the pitch together and may now get to see that once the Premier League restarts.
However, Coach Solksjaer insists that he has other players to choose for midfield such as Nemanja Matic, Fred and Scott McTominay.
“Good players should always play together, so surely that’s a big yes,” Solskjaer told Sky Sports.
“But then I’ve also got Fred, Scott, Nemanja. There are many games ahead and we’re ready for it.
“I think it’s perfect, we have a very exciting squad.
“Surely Bruno coming in, makes an impact, he has impressed everyone, it was a very good boost for the club, for the fans and for the players.
“Having Rashford back would be great, Eric Bailly suddenly back and the performances he’s shown are fantastic.
“We’re in a good stage fitness-wise, Rashford has been out for months and now we get him back.
“We’re looking ahead to starting again when that will be.”
