PSG Submit £54m Bid For Inter Milan Striker Mauro Icardi

Paris Saint-Germain have offered to pay £54m for inter Milan Striker Mauro Icardi and make his loan deal permanent, MySportDab reports.

Icardi has spent the 2019-20 season on loan at PSG and he has scored 12 goals in 20 league matches for the Ligue 1 club.

PSG want the 27-year-old to stay at the club and not return back to Inter Milan this summer.

MySportDab understands they have now submitted an official bid for the Argentine.

According to Sky Sports, PSG have offered £54m for the striker and inter Milan are yet to respond.

But, this is short of the asking price Inter Milan have previously demanded that PSG pay.

The original agreement was €70m, but Inter could agree to sell for a lower fee due to the coronavirus crisis.

Inter Milan have made it clear that Icardi has as no future at San Siro and with vice-president Javier Zanetti insisted on it last month.

However, PSG have not agreed to pay the buy-out clause included in his loan deal which runs until the end of the season.

Juventus and AC Milan have shown interest in Icardi and also some Premier League clubs in recent weeks.
