Manchester United are relaxed about Striker Odion Ighalo’s transfer issues because of one player, MySportDab reports.
The Red Devils are not worried about losing Odion Ighalo to his Chinese Club Shanghai Shenhua because Marcus Rashford has resumed training already.
Ighalo has surprised everyone during his loan spell at United and has scored four goals in eight games across all competitions.
The 30-year-old signed on a six-month loan contract in January from Shanghai Shenhua.
Coach United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was left short in attack after Rashford suffered a bad injury against Wolves in January.
The decision to play Rashford during the game was very costly and meant that the 22-year-old would miss months of action.
However, United paid Shanghai Shenhua £3million to loan Ighalo on the transfer deadline day.
The Red Devils want to extend his current loan spell until the end of the current 2019-20 season.
But, Shanghai Shenhua will only allow him stay if they sign him on a permanent contract deal and the Chinese club have demanded £20m.
According to Sky Sports, United are unwilling to meet this valuation and the club are relaxed about the transfer situation because Rashford is back in training.
Manchester United are fifth on the league table and three points behind rivals fourth-placed Chelsea.
The Red Devils also still have a FA Cup quarter-finals game against Norwich City and have a 5-0 lead over LASK in the Europa League round of 16.
