Barcelona Star Lionel Messi Blasts Team-mates After Real Madrid Win La Liga Title

Barcelona Star Lionel Messi has slammed his Barcelona Team-mates after they lost 2-1 against Osasuna on Thursday night, MySportDab reports.

Due to that lose, Barcelona lost their lead in the title race, and Madrid won their 34th La Liga title last night.

Messi scored a lovely free-kick as Barca’s chances to retain the title failed.

The Argentine did not celebrate his freekick due to his disappointment with the Barcelona board officials over transfer deals and others.

Barcelona will play against Napoli in the Champions League in August which is their last hope to win a trophy this season.

The Catalan club sacked Ernesto Valverde in January, after weeks of poor form, and are now in need of investment for the summer transfer window.

Speaking after the Osasuna match, Messi slammed his team-mates and criticised their lack of consistency this season.

MySportDab understands that Messi is unhappy over Barca’s transfer agreements, among other things.

He was unhappy with the deal to sign Antoine Griezmann, who has failed to perform since last summer.

“The Match shows the entire year. We have been a weak team,” he said.

“Madrid won of all their matches, which is impressive, but we helped them to win this league.

“We have to improve how we have played, starting with the players, and the club.

“We lost because of mistakes and not because of Madrid’s wins.

“The feeling here is that we try, but that is not enough to get the job done.”
