The second 45 minutes provided three goals as both sides were on target in the encounter.
Cristiano Ronaldo gave Juventus the lead in the 51st minute after scoring from the penalty spot.
It came after Bastos handled the ball inside his own penalty area before the Portuguese player converted.
Ronaldo made it 2-0 in the 54th minute after an easy finish saw him tap the ball into the net with assist from Dybala.
Lazio soon pulled one back from the spot thanks to Ciro Immobile after Bonucci conceded a foul.
