Bayern Munich have finally reached an agreement with Manchester City for winger Leroy Sane in a £55million deal, MySportDab reports.
Sane has already agreed a five-year contract with the German club after refusing to sign a new contract at Bayern Munich.
He said: “‘I’m very disappointed. When we make a new offer, it’s because we hope for him to stay; he’s got a special talent which is difficult to find.
“We offered him before the injury, during his surgery and after that, he also rejected this offer.
“He has other plans, and I understand, but we want players who are committed to achieve our targets.
“I love him very much, he’s fantastic, I don’t have against him, he wants a new challenge.
“It happens, and we’ll help him when he’s still here, and focus on players that want to stay.”
During the 2017/18 season, Sane shocked the world as he scored 10 goals and provided 15 assists as Manchester City won the Premier League title.
He also helped City to win the Carabao Cup and was also named PFA Young Player of the Year.
Despite his performances, Sane was not included in the Germany squad for the 2018 World Cup.
Sane has missed most of the current 2019-20 season due to injury but was a key player as City won the Premier League again and FA Cup in 2019.
