The move will see the youngster ranked amongst the highest paid transfer fee for a player in football history.
The Red Devils will pay that fee in installments, with a package having finally been agreed.
And that the Bundesliga giants deem acceptable for the England international.
No official announcements made yet but if a deal is finally agreed then Man United will unveil Sancho.
