The Croatian was named male player of the season while Bethany England was named female player of the season.
The award was held online due to the coronavirus pandemic which forced the awards ceremony to be held online.
He will be handed the award later after an impressive outing which he made 47 appearances for the Blues.
Bethany England also won female player of the season after helping the women team to win the league title with her impressive goal record.
Billy Gilmour won Academy player of the season after his breakthrough into the first team for the Blues.
Fikayo Tomori goal scored against Wolves was named goal of the season but the defender had less to play.
Chelsea officially kicked off their pre-season yesterday as they look to prepare for the new season.

The new season starts next month as Chelsea take on Brighton on the 14th which is a Monday fixture.
They go on to take Liverpool next in the English Premier League campaign for 2020/2021.
