Manchester United travel to face Brighton this Saturday for their next Premier League match, MySportDab reports.
Man Utd suffered a shocking defeat against Crystal Palace last week.
The loss was a major blow to Manchester United, who was the first time they had lost a match on the opening day of a season in years.
United have been inactive in the transfer window and signed only one player so far.
However, defender Luke Shaw said Ole Gunnar Solskjaer needs to do something if the club are to challenge for trophies this season.
He said: “We have a great squad, but I think we need more players to improve the squad strength.
“It can help us a lot. When you look at how other clubs are strengthening their teams, then we also try to keep up with them.”
Manchester United have only signed Holland midfielder Donny van de Beek from Ajax this summer.
After last week Saturday’s loss, Solskjaer said: “You can tell we played bad and Palace got the points they deserved.
“They were better than us in everything. We had a long season last campaign and we didn’t end until mid August and we have not prepared well enough to be better.”
Brighton News
Meanwhile, Brighton are trying to sign 22-year-old Manchester City defender Tosin Adarabioyo, who has revealed his desire to leave the club.
