Portuguese player Bruno Fernandes has been named Man United player of the season after only just arriving in January, MySportDab reports.
The Portugal international was impressive for the Red Devils last season after fantastic in and out performance.
Bruno Fernandes has now seen his efforts get him named Manchester United player of the season.
His time at Old Trafford has been amazing since his arrival which has created stability to Man United midfield.
With the absence of Paul Pogba due to long term injury, Bruno Fernandes took the full responsibility.
He scored and made lots of assists which helped Man United finish third in the Premier League.
They also went on and progressed to the semi final of the Europa League cup before Sevilla dumped them out.
Bruno Fernandes said:
“Of course you want to win some trophies for the team, for the club and for the fans.
But, obviously, I’m happy with the individual trophies.
“I know you can say: ‘Oh, I don’t care’ and everything, but it’s always important for a player.
You always feel good when you win these kinds of awards, and I am no different. I am really happy.
I want to add this to so many trophies for the club and for the fans because I think they deserve [it].”
