Liverpool and Bayern Munich have reached an agreement for Thiago Alcantara who will complete his move to Anfield, MySportDab reports.
Both teams have been in negotiations for a very long time and a deal has been finally agreed.
The player is set to undergo his Liverpool medical in the coming days after the deal has been made.
He won’t be done in time to feature for Sunday match against Chelsea as he needs to be accessed first.
Thiago Alcantara was also reported to have been approached by Manchester United and Arsenal.
It was also confirmed that the player personal terms with those at Old Trafford were agreed earlier.
But it looks like Manchester United will also be missing out on him just like their other targets who is either extend contract or moving elsewhere.
Liverpool will be counting themselves lucky for acquiring the Champions League winner who already agreed personal terms.
The deal was being delayed by Bayern Munch who has now settled for a £30 million transfer fee.
Liverpool also agreed to pay the fee requested by Thiago Alcantara club which is a fair amount with the player current deal set to expire.
The move will be made official in the coming days as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his team.
