Tottenham have officially announced the signing of Left-back Sergio Reguilon and winger Gareth Bale from Real Madrid, MySportDab reports.
Reguilon is Tottenham’s fourth signing of the summer transfer window so far.
Gareth Bale is now Tottenham’s fifth signing this summer.
After being dropped by Real Madrid for months without playing, Gareth Bale is now back in the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Reguilon was at first offered to Manchester United with personal terms already agreed but they failed to reach an agreement with Real Madrid.
However, Tottenham snatched the full-back in no time from Manchester United
The 23-year-old has now signed a long-term five-year contract at Tottenham and will wear the No 3 Jersey.
“I’m very happy to be here,” Reguilon said in his interview with Tottenham’s official website.
“I am ready work with my new team-mates and meet everyone.
“I love the philosophy of the club and the coach, those are the things that made me decide to come here, the ambition and plans to grow, the vision and I want to grow.
“Tottenham Hotspur has world class footballers and a world class Coach in Jose Mourinho.
“I can’t wait to work with him and everyone.”
Gareth Bale Is Back In The Premier League.
The two deals have now been completed ahead of Tottenham’s Sunday Premier League match against Southampton.
But, both players were not registered in time and will miss the match at St Mary’s tomorrow.
