Chelsea Coach Frank Lampard will now be very worried about the fitness of left-back Ben Chilwell, MySportDab reports.
The full-back was forced off with a back injury while playing for England.
He was included Gareth Southgate’s starting line up for England’s match against Belgium in Brussels but could not play beyond 38 minutes after a new problem.
It remains unclear what was wrong with Chilwell, he sat down and asked for the medical staffs.
He was seen holding his lower back as he left the field and was frustrated that he could not continue.
Chilwell walked off the field and it did not look serious.
Arsenal youngster Bukayo Saka replaced him at left-wing back.
England have one more game before the players return to their various clubs.
The Three Lions host Iceland at Wembley on Wednesday in another Nations League match.
Chilwell now appears unlikely to play on Wednesday.
On Saturday, Chelsea travel to face Newcastle in the early kick off as they hope to continue their fine form.
