Man United came from two goals down to beat Southampton 3-2 thanks To Edinson Cavani who scored twice and assist Bruno Fernandes, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the was all about the Saints who were able to score twice in the 45 minutes which was poor from the Red Devils.
Bednarek scored in the 23rd minute to give Southampton a 1-0 lead thanks to lovely buildup play from the Saints to take a shocking lead.
Ward-Prowse made it 2-0 after dispatching neatly in the 33rd minute after they capitalized on the misfortune of Man United.
The first half ended with Southampton 2-0 Man United as they headed for the break which was much needed by the Red Devils.
Second Half Report
The second half proved to be the game changer for The Red Devils who completed a shocking and historical comeback.
Bruno Fernandes put Man United back in the game with a lifeline goal in the 59th minute to make it 2-1 thanks to assist from Cavani.
Edinson Cavani soon got his goal after scoring in the 74th minute from a lovely effort which sees the game level 2-2 against Southampton.
A late stunner from Cavani ensured the match ended with Southampton 2-3 Man United, as they grabbed the winner and three points.
