Liverpool Star Naby Keita Injured Vs Leicester City, More Problems (Details)

Liverpool have suffered another injury problem in the Premier League as Naby Keita went off with a muscle injury in the match against Leicester City, MySportDab reports.

The Reds were already 2-0 up when Keita could not continue and was replaced by Neco Williams.

Due to the injury, James Milner moved from right-back to midfield as Liverpool looked secured the victory.

A Jonny Evans own goal gave Liverpool the lead before Diogo Jota scored in his fourth straight game at Anfield to keep up his goal scoring form at the club.

Liverpool have been affected by serious injuries so far this season.

Key man Virgil van Dijk is out for the rest of the season after a knee surgery due to a collision with Goalkeeper Jordan Pickford in the Merseyside derby.

Joe Gomez is also another player to be absent for some time.

Mohamed Salah tested positive for coronavirus which is why he missed the Leicester City Match.

However, Jurgen Klopp has provided an update on Trent Alexander-Arnold.

“Trent will be out for more than one game or so, it will be longer,” Klopp said.

“That means we havd to use all the options available and obviously Milner is one of them.

“When you have to make changes when u least expect and adapt quickly.

“Neco has performed really well, I saw him playing for Wales, he was fantastic.”

Liverpool face a tough match schedule with eight more match coming in 27 days.

The Reds are desperate to avoid any new injuries as they look to win the Premier League title.
