Former Chelsea footballer Samuel Eto’o is now in hospital after a car crash in his home country Cameroon, MySportDab reports.
According to France Football, Eto will undergo further tests at the hospital after his car got hit by a fast bus.
The crash happened around Nkongsamba as Eto’o was driving back from a wedding ceremony.
However, Eto’o has reassured people that he is doing well.
More pictures have gone viral of Eto’o’s car with the massive damage on the front of vehicle.
MySportDab understands that no one died after the crash.
In 2019, Eto’o retired from football, after a long and successful career.
The Cameroonian Legend played for Barcelona, Real Madrid, Chelsea, and Inter Milan among many others.
He won multiple league titles, and also three Champions League trophies.
He has won an Olympic gold medal, and helped Cameroon win the African Cup of Nations in 2000 and 2002.
He is the Cameroon’s all-time leading goal scorer, with 49 goals in 97 matches for his country.
