Barcelona came from behind to beat Real Sociedad 2-1 with the goals coming from Jordi Alba and Frankie de Jong after Willian Jose put the visitors ahead, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half was filled with goals as both sides found the back of the net in 45 minutes which provided three goals.
Real Sociedad took the lead in the 27th minute thanks to a goal that came through Willian Jose to make it 1-0 after a nice buildup play from them.
Barcelona pulled thing level with just 31 minutes gone as Jordi Alba converted to make it 1-1 after a good teamwork effort.
Frankie de Jong made it 2-1 in the 43rd minute after he slotted home from his opportunity to give his side the lead after pressing their opponent.
The match ended with Barcelona 2-1 Real Sociedad as they headed for the break with the home side taking the much needed advantage.
Second Half Report
The second half was evenly matched with no side able to add to their goals already scored while Barca dominated the match.
Barcelona had much of the ball but couldn’t make anything happen as they were closely marked and contained by their opponent.
Real Sociedad had some good opportunities to level thing up but their finish wasn’t good enough to give them that much needed goal.
The match ended with Barcelona 2-1 Real Sociedad as they home side claimed the much needed victory to move up the table.
