FT: Everton 2-1 Arsenal, Gunners Suffer Another DEFEAT! (Match Highlight)

Arsenal once again lost 2-1 against Everton despite Nicolas Pepe goal in a game which saw Rob Holding scored an own goal while Yeri Mina gets winner, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

The first 45 minutes was the best out of both halves as three goals was scored with both sides hitting the back of the net.

Everton took the lead in the 22nd minute when Rob Holding scored an own goal after the Gunners were pressured into a blunder to make it 1-0.

Nicloas Pepe pulled back level from the penalty spot in the 35th minute after the Toffees committed a foul inside their box which the Ivorian scored to make it 1-1.

Yerry Mina increased the lead making it 2-1 after he scored a fantastic goal which came as a result of teamwork efforts by the home side.

The first half ended with Everton 2-1 Arsenal as they both headed for the break with advantage to Carlo Ancelotti’s side.

Second Half Report

The second half didn’t create much action as Arsenal chased the game all through and also dominated the ball possession.

Everton had things under control as they defended very well and make sure nothing goes past them despite the amount of attacks thrown at them.

The match ended with Everton 2-1 Arseanl as Mikel Arteta side lose another game as they poor run of form continues in the Premier League.
