Two goals from Cristiano Ronaldo helped Juventus beat Genoa 3-1 in the Serie with the first goal coming from Paulo Dybala after a goalless first half, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first 45 minutes of the game was very poor and no goal was scored as both teams couldn’t do away with their opportunities.
Genoa came prepared as they were able to buckle up their defense and made sure nothing go in as the game progressed.
Juventus who had more opportunities failed to make it count as they dominated the ball possession leaving few percentage to the home side.
The first half ended with Genoa 0-0 Juventus as they both headed for the first 45 minutes break with a goalless draw.
Second Half Report
The second half was very exciting as four goals was recorded with both sides finding the back of the net.
Juventus broke the deadlock with a goal from Paulo Dybala in the 57th minute to make it 1-0 after a nice build up play before Stefano Sturaro level things 1-1 on the 61st minute as the game progressed.
Genoa conceded a penalty which Cristiano Ronaldo stepped up and converted to make it 2-1 in the 78th minute before scoring another one late to make it 3-1 in the 89th minute.
The match ended with Genoa 1-3 Juventus as they away side claimed a vital three points and a massive win tonight.
