Manchester City are now working on a £90million bid for Tottenham Striker Harry Kane, MySportDab reports.

City striker Sergio Aguero’s contract at the Etihad will expire at the end of the current 2020-21 season.

So Manchester City believe Harry Kane is the best long-term replacement for the Argentina international.

Kane is now one of the best Strikers in Europe’s top five leagues over the last five years.

The England man has scored at least 20 goals every season over the six years and has won the premier league Golden Boot award twice.

Kane is currently used in a more deeper role under Jose Mourinho at Tottenham, but it has not affected his goals.

He has provided 10 assists for his teammates this season in 15 league matches.

And, According to German Newspaper Sport Bild say, Kane is now a target of Manchester City.

Bild Reporter Christian Falk shared a tweet on Thursday:

Aguero is still Manchester City’s all-time leading goalscorer, with 256 goals since he joined the club in 2011 from Atletico Madrid in 2011.

But the 32 years old has suffered with injuries this season, and could only start two Premier League matches.

Manchester City now see Kane as the perfect Sergio Aguero replacement but it remains unlikely Tottenham would accept the bid.

Kane has spent all his life as a professional footballer at Tottenham, apart from when he left the club on loan spells as a child.

The 27-year-old has scored 204 goals in 310 matches across all competitions for Spurs.

However, Kane is yet to win any trophy in his football career.
