Man Utd Coach Solskjaer SPEAKS Angry After Sheffield United Loss (VIDEO)

Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has now reacted after their defeat to Sheffield United on Wednesday night in the Premier League, MySportDab reports.

Solksjaer believes the Red Devils must “go again” at Arsenal this weekend.

Solskjaer’s team were shocked 2-1 by Sheffield United on Wednesday.

United’s 13-man unbeaten run at Old Trafford ended as Oliver Burke scored to give the Yorkshire club victory.

10 minutes before Burke’s goal, United captain Harry Maguire equalised to cancel out Kean Bryan’s first-half goal.

However, United conceded again due to some poor defending as they allowed Burke to score as Sheffield United claimed their second win from 20 matches this season.

The defeat means that Manchester City can now go four points clear of Manchester United if they win their match.

A first win over Liverpool since March 2018, at Old Trafford in the FA Cup on Sunday, had given United fans belief that they could end the eight-year title drought this season.

But they were poor against Sheffield United and conceded two unnecessary goals in their loss.

However, Solskjaer said he won’t criticise his team despite the poor performance.

“Nah, no big deal. Yes, we’re disappointed but there have been seen so many results like this this season, out of character,” Solskjaer told BT Sport.

“We’re surprised no doubt.

“We’ve been consistent over the last few months, it just went against us today. We must let this go and start again.”

The Norwegian coach further added: “We had so much possession but when you concede two poor goals, it will be difficult. We failed to create enough chances.

“We applied more pressure on them but didn’t penetrate in behind and not enough good chances to score goals.

“It’s not that the inspiration was not there. That magic, was missing, that extra. There was not much space to run into, they played very well in defence.”

Solskjaer was also angry that Sheffield United’s first goal did not get ruled out after Billy Sharp fouled David de Gea to allow Bryan score.

Manchester United face Arsenal next in the Premier League on Sunday.
