Atalanta young winger Amad Diallo has teased Manchester United fans by sharing a photo which means he’s on a plane to England, MySportDab reports.

The 18-year-old accepted a £37million offer with Manchester United in October, and there was an agreement for his to join the Red Devils in January.

Diallo shared a photo of him bag travelling in a plane, which means he’s likely to be confirmed as a Manchester United player in the coming days.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Diallo could start training at United next week.

Last month, Manchester United were working on securing a Governing Body Endorsement from the England FA that will allow the 18-year-old be granted a work permit.

Diallo is a highly-rated winger at Atalanta, the Serie A club that reached last season’s Champions League quarter-finals.

However, the 18-year-old has played only once in the Serie A this season, and he made an appearance in the Champions League.

The Ivorian made his debut for Atalanta last season and was in the matchday squad for the club’s European quarter-final defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.

However, Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed that Diallo will now arrive at Old Trafford.

He said: ‘We have completed all the necessary paperwork, I don’t see an obstacle. He’s clearly coming.

‘I hope he will be with us very soon. I’m excited about bringing him into the team. I think he’s shown his qualities.

‘Of course he must learn how to play in England, that’s a completely different level of football. We must give him some time to develop.’
