Manchester United Player Ratings Vs Sheffield United
De Gea 6
Not the best of performance from the Spaniard but there was nothing he could do to stop Sheffield United’s first goal.
Wan-Bissaka 6
Decent performance in defence as usual from the right back but not enough provided in attack to help the team
Telles 7
Telles played well with some beautiful crosses into the box and a good all round performance as Luke Shaw’s replacement for the match.
Tuanzebe 5
Poor challenge to get his first yellow card close to the end of the first half.
Maguire 6
Another below par performance from Maguire tonight, with Sheffield United trying to score with counter attacks.
Matic 6
He did his job very well in midfield but could do more by moving the ball faster into attacking areas to improve the chances of a goal.
Pogba 7
A decent performance from Pogba but many United fans expected more from their new main man in recent weeks.
Bruno Fernandes 6
Bruno created various chances and almost scored but it was not enough to help the team as most fans would expect from him.
Rashford 7
Rashford is a fantastic player. He impressed yet again for United on the left side of the attack but failed to score this time.
Greenwood 6
Nothing impressive from the youngster who started again after his performance against Liverpool in the FA Cup.
Martial 6
Martial is probably not a striker in my opinion. He should become a full time left winger with his dribbling abilities and little goal threat.
He scored in the first half but the goal was ruled out due to a foul on the goalkeeper.
