Jadon Sancho and Erling Haaland helped Borussia Dortmund as they played out a 2-2 draw at home against Hoffenheim, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter was closely matched as both teams found the back of the net within the 45 minutes.
Borussia Dortmund scored the opener in the 24th minute through Jadon Sancho who found himself one on one with the goalkeeper before he beautifully made it 1-0.
Hoffenheim leveled things in the 31st minutes 1-1 after turning defense into attack which saw Munas Dabbur scored a stunner to get his side back in the game.
The first half ended with Borussia Dortmund 1-1 Hoffenheim as they both headed for the break with a draw scoreline.
Second Half Report
The second half began where it left in the first 45 minutes which created more good display of attacking football from both sides.
Ihlas Bebou gave Hoffenheim the lead 2-1 in the 51st minutes after a short corner saw the away side scored their second goal of the game.
Borussia Dortmund thought they had pulled back level in the 58th minute when Erling Haaland scored but unfortunately, VAR ruled out the goal.
The Norwegian finally scored his goal in the 81st minutes which saw his side come back into the game 2-2 thanks to his stunning goal.
The match ended with Borussia Dortmund 2-2 Hoffenheim as they both shared one point each with the draw.
