Griezmann and Alba scored twice as Barcelona came from two goals down to beat Granada 5-3 as they qualify for the next round of Copa del ray, MySportDab reports.
First And Second Half Report
The first half was very poor from the away side who couldn’t make anything happen as they conceded one goal.
Granada took the lead in the 33rd minute through Kenedy who scored an outstanding goal to make it 1-0 for his side.
The game progressed with Barcelona fighting to stage a comeback which proved too hard for them to get in the half.
The first half ended with a 1-0 scoreline which saw the away side down as they both headed for the break.
The second half was much better as more goals were recorded with both sides finding the back of the net.
Granada doubled their lead in the 47th minute through a goal from Soldado which made it 2-0 from a clever finish.
Griezmann pulled one back for Barcelona in the 88th minute as the scoreline became 2-1 while a late goal from Jordi Alba made it 2-2.
The second half ended in a 2-2 scoreline which pushed the game into extra time as they both fight for the win.
Extra Time Report
Barcelona took the lead in the 100th minutes through a fantastic goal from Griezmann who made it 3-2 but Vico leveled things 3-3 with a penalty.
Granada couldn’t stop the as the scoreline increased to 4-3 in the 108th minutes as Frankie de Jong scored before Alba wrapped things up with a fifth goal.
The match ended with Granada 3-5 Barcelona as the away side advance to the next round of the Copa del ray.
