Erling Haaland scored a brace and assist as Borussia Dortmund came from behind to beat Sevilla 3-2 in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half was fun filled with entertainment and loads of goals with both side hitting target while the away team scored more.
Sevilla took an early lead in the 7th minutes when Suso scored to make it 1-0 as Mahmoud Dahoud pulled back level 1-1 in the 19th minute.
Borussia Dortmund took control of the game as Erling Haaland scored in the 27th minute to give his side the lead 2-1 from a fantastic finish with assistance from Jadon Sancho.
The Norwegian bagged his brace in the 43rd minute as the first half ended with Sevilla 1-3 Borussia Dortmund.
Second Half Report
The second half began at a slow pace as the away side looked comfortable and ready to kill off time while their opponent attacked.
Sevilla tried everything possible to make something out of the game as they pressed harder with more chances coming their way.
Borussia Dortmund failed to continue securing their two goals advantage as Luuk De Jong scored in the 84th minute to make it 3-2.
The match ended with Sevilla 2-3 Borussia Dortmund as the away side took an advantage ahead of the upcoming second leg tie.
