It was all about the Blues as they dominated the entire first half of the encounter which also saw them managed to score one goal.
Sheffield United maintained a solid ground despite being the side the odds to win didn’t favor a bit.
Chelsea were frustrated but managed to get a grip of themselves as Mason Mount scored a brilliant goal in the 43rd minute to make it 1-0.

The second half of the encounter was tough than the first 45 minutes as both sides scored with more amount of opportunities created.
Sheffield United pulled back level in the 55th minute after an error from Anthony Rudiger made him put the ball inside his own net which made it to 1-1 as it progressed.
Chelsea found their way back in the lead with just 58 minutes gone after Timo Werner was fouled inside the box and Jorginho stepped up and scored from the penalty spot to make it 2-1.
The match finally ended with Sheffield United 1-2 Chelsea as the win takes the Blues up to 5th position.
