Manchester United Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has provided latest update on midfielder Paul Pogba’s injury, MySportDab reports.
Paul Pogba is set to miss a few more weeks as he battles to recover from his injury.
Solskjaer also revealed that Daniel James is now injured after a problem in the 0-0 draw against Real Sociedad at Old Trafford.
Meanwhile, Pogba has not played United since being subbed off in the 3-3 draw against Everton on February 6.
He has missed United’s last three matches across all competitions.
Now, Solskjaer has confirmed that Pogba will miss a few more weeks of action.
‘Paul will still be out for a few more weeks,’ the Norwegian told BT Sport.
On Sunday, Manchester United face Chelsea in the Premier League in a crucial match for their Champions League plans.
Although Pogba will miss the game, Solskjaer is hopeful that other injured players like Scott McTominay and co can return.
‘With Scott, Donny, Edinson we hope they can play during the weekend,’ he said.
‘We will run our checks on James tonight.’
Manchester United remain one of the favourites to win the Europa League this season.
