Harry Kane and Mason Mount scored as England beat Albania 2-0 in the second game in the 2022 World Cup Qualifiers match, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter provided some good display of football from the two teams who created opportunities.
Albania had things under control after taking the game to their opponent in the early stages and despite the pressure.
England finally broke the deadlock which came in the 38th minute as Luke Shaw threw in a cross which Harry Kane headed in to make it 1-0.
The first 45 minutes progressed into the last few minutes without any goal action but the opportunities kept coming for the away side.
The referee signaled for the end of the first half encounter which it ended with Albania 0-1 England as they both headed for the break.
Second Half Report
It wasn’t a much different second half encounter in which another goal was scored and lots of opportunities created.
England had things going their way as they continued to press more and more making life hard for the home side.
Albania soon couldn’t contain the pressure as Chelsea man Mason Mount beat the defense and scored an outstanding goal to make it 2-0.
The game carried on without anything working out as yellow cards were shown to both sides.
It finally came to an end as it finished with Albania 0-2 England which the away side claimed their second win and three points in the World Cup Qualifiers.
