Harry Kane and Maguire on target as England drew Poland 2-1 in their third World Cup Qualifiers game with Robert Lewandowski absent, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
It wasn’t a bad first half encounter between the two sides who had a fair amount of opportunities create while one goal was scored.
Poland were comfortable as the game progressed in the early stages which they were the second best team soaking all the pressure.
Harry Kane made it 1-0 for England in the 19th minute after scoring from the penalty spot which came after Raheem Sterling was fouled.
The game progressed without anything coming out except few chances from both teams which didn’t go anywhere near a goal.
The first half of the encounter ended with England 1-0 Poland as they both headed for the break with an advantage to the Three Lions.
Second Half Report
The second half picked up with fast pace with the both teams fighting to get something out of the game with advantage to the home side.
Jakub Moder scored in the 58th minute to level things 1-1 after an amazing goal which England didn’t see coming in the game.
Poland were enjoy more of the ball as the game progressed until Harry Maguire scored in the 85th minute to make things 2-1 in the encounter.
The match came to an end with England 2-1 Poland as the three lions claimed another victory and three points in the bad.
