Dembele has impressed at Barcelona this season with fewer injury issues compared to the last few years in Spain.
According to Spanish Newspaper Sport, Manchester United have remained in close contact with Dembele’s representatives despite a failed transfer last summer.
Now, the Red Devils are willing to submit a bid for Dembele to quit Barcelona this summer.
If the transfer fails again, United can wait until his contract expires at Barcelona and sign him on a free transfer.
But, Barcelona remain keen to extend Dembele’s contract so he can stay at the club.
Coach Ronald Koeman is ‘very satisfied’ with the winger and considers him a part of his plans for the future.
