Kylian Mbappe bags a brace and one from Icardi as Paris Saint Germain beat Metz 3-1 in French Ligue One to move top of the League table, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report

One goal from the away side ensured they claimed the advantage in the first half encounter which was brilliant from the two teams.

Kylian Mbappe opened the goal scoring in the 4th minutes of the encounter after an amazing play saw Herrera setting up the assist to make it 1-0 for Paris Saint Germain.

Metz were second best in the first 45 minutes of the game as they had much to do defending and making sure they don’t concede more than what they already down with.

The game progressed without a goal as more opportunities kept on coming from the away side who couldn’t increase their lead.

Second Half Report

The second half started brilliantly as both sides had more work to do as they both looking to make something come out of the encounter.

Paris Saint Germain took back the lead in the 59th minute of the game as Kylian Mbappe once again made it count with a fine finish that restored his side lead to 2-1.

The game progressed further as Mauro Icardi was able to make it 3-1 in the 89th minute as he converted from the penalty spot for the stunning goal.

The match finally came to an end with Metz 1-3 Paris Saint Germain which sees the away side claiming all three points to move top of the table with two points.
