FT: Slavia Prague 0-4 Arsenal, Lacazette Bags BRACE! (Match Report And Highlight)

Alexander Lacazette scored twice alongside one each from Nicolas Pepe and Saka as Arsenal beat Slavia Prague 4-0 to finishing 5-1 on aggregate, MySportDab reports.

First Half Report 

The first half of the encounter was brilliant from Mikel Arteta’s team who made sure they got the job done by scoring three goals.

Arsenal thought they opened the scoring when Smith-Rowe scored in the 14th minute only for VAR to rule it out and cancel the goal scored.

Nicolas immediately gave his side a 1-0 lead after scoring in the 18th minute against Slavia Prague as they took the lead.

Alexander Lacazette made it 2-0 in the 21st minutes as he converted from the penalty spot after his side were awarded a penalty for a foul.

Bukayo Saka extended the lead to 3-0 in the 24th minute of the game after teaming up with Calum Chambers to score from a wonderful finish.

The first half of the match ended with Slavia Prague 0-3 Arsenal as they both headed for the break with an advantage over the away side.

Second Half Report

The second half wasn’t that entertaining as the goals dried up with just one scored by the away side who dominated play.

Slavia Prague was a much better defense in the second 45 minutes as they also pushed forward looking to make something count.

Arsenal held on to play and dominated things until Alexander Lacazette made it 4-0 in the 77th minute with a clinical finish which killed of the game.

The match ended with Slavia Prague 0-4 Arsenal as the away side booked their semi final ticket with a 1-5 aggregate.
