Raheem Sterling to Arsenal might be the escape for the England International who might miss out on Euros with his game time this season being cut short.

The Gunners are desperate for star power after a dreadful campaign, and Man City could be willing to sell their forward in a bid to land new players.

Arsenal are plotting a shocking bid for Manchester City winger Raheem Sterling, according to claims by the Daily Mail.

The breakout of Phil Foden has cut into Sterling’s playing time this season, making it possible for Pep Guardiola to consider a sale for the forward.

Riyad Mahrez is also said to be attainable at the right price with him being another player who rarely get much playing time.

The Gunners just finished eighth in the Premier League and are desperate for star power ahead of next season campaign.

It seems far-fetched to think they could recruit a player of Sterling’s calibre at this moment due to financial crisis which is also one of the problems.

Although, particularly with Real Madrid and Barcelona have shown long-term interest on signing Raheem Sterling, it might also not be an easy task for the Gunners.

Arsenal will be looking to make a move when the transfer window opens as they look to add more firepower to the club.
