Chelsea Coach Roman Abramovich has decided to give Coach Thomas Tuchel a massive transfer budget for this summer, MySportDab reports.
Roman Abramovich will make £150m available for Tuchel to spend on improving his squad at the end of the season.
Tuchel has impressed at Chelsea since he replaced Frank Lampard in January.
He has changed the Blues into top four favourites, and reaching the Champions League and FA Cup finals.
Chelsea spent £253m last summer on new players for Ben Chilwell, Hakim Ziyech, Kai Havertz, Timo Werner, and Edouard Mendy.
However, According to The Sun, Tuchel is will be given £150m as Chelsea try to chase Manchester City next season for the Premier League.
Chelsea’s board are ‘happy’ with Tuchel’s progress at the club and they will provide the German with adequate funds to improve his squad.
The Blues are in desperate need of a new goal scorer with Olivier Giroud and Tammy Abraham likely to leave the club.
Werner has struggled to score for Chelsea since he joined from RB Leipzig last season.
Werner has only scored 12 goals in 48 matches for Chelsea so far this season.
Chelsea have been linked with signing Erling Haaland but it’s a difficult race for the Borussia Dortmund striker.
The Blues have also been linked with Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku in recent weeks.
Tuchel could try to sign a new centre-back this summer with Bayern Munich’s Niklas Sule, a name being mentioned.
