Aston Villa came from behind to beat Tottenham 1-2 with Ollie Watkins scoring an amazing goal in the Premier League encounter, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half of the encounter was very entertaining which goals came in for the two sides and more from the visitors who dominated things.
Tottenham took an early lead in the 8th minutes after Steven Bergwijn was able to make things happen by scoring to make the scoreline 1-0.
Sergio Reguilon 20th minutes own goal restored things to level terms 1-1 for Aston Villa as the game progress with more opportunities being created by both teams.
Ollie Watkins got his name on the scoreboard after making it count in the 39th minute with a sensational goal which was assisted by Bertrand Traore to make it 1-2.
The first half of the encounter ended with Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa as they both headed for the break with an advantage over to the away side.
Second Half Report
The second half of the encounter wasn’t so much fun for the two teams who couldn’t make anything happen going forward.
Aston Villa did everything well to make sure they don’t concede as they carry on with the advantage in the early minutes of the first half encounter.
Tottenham did everything in their capacity to pull a comeback which couldn’t happen due to their inability to finish off whenever they had the chance.
Nothing came aside from yellow cards being shown with the match ending with Tottenham 1-2 Aston Villa as the visitors claimed all three points.
