Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar has now signed a new four-year contract extension with the French club until 2025, MySportDab reports.
Neymar joined PSG in 2017 from Barcelona for a world record transfer fee of £198m.
In 2019, Neymar was ready to leave PSG and return to his former club Barcelona.
However, the Brazilian stayed and helped PSG to reach the Champions League final last season.
Now, The 29-year-old has committed his future to the French club with a new contract extension until 2026 worth €30m (£26m) per season.
The contract also includes a huge bonus that he would receive if PSG win the Champions League over the next few years.
PSG are now trying to extend the contract of Kylian Mbappe as the 22-year-old’s contract expires at the end of next season.
In his first PSG press conference in almost two years last week, Neymar said he was ‘very happy’ at the club.
‘I have some time left on my PSG contract,’ Neymar said.
‘We are working on what’s best for everyone.
‘I am happy here and much better than in the previous seasons.
‘I have improved here in some aspects. I also had some difficult times with things that everyone knows about. I have always worked hard and remained professional.
‘PSG has grown immensely, now more respected. When people discuss PSG, they know that we are in the last four, five or six clubs in the Champions League.’
However, Neymar has been unable to help the team reach another Champions League final this season.
The French club lost against Manchester City in the Semi-finals last week.
Neymar has won three straight Ligue 1 titles during his time at PSG.
However, he has not made much of an impact in the Champions League knockout ties, which most people expect.
Neymar has only scored twice in 10 European knockout matches for PSG.
