Chelsea Striker Tammy Abraham’s girlfriend has now slammed Coach Thomas Tuchel for leaving him out of his FA Cup final squad, MySportDab reports.
Abraham’s future at Chelsea is a major doubt after he was omitted for the squad in the FA Cup final against Leicester City.
His girlfriend Leah Monroe, expressed her anger on social media about Tuchel’s decision to leave Tammy out again.
She wrote on Instagram: ‘How do you just leave your top goal scorer out of the squad for a final?.
‘The same player that scored the goal to qualify for this competition? It simply does not make any sense to me.’
Timo Werner started the FA Cup Final upfront for Chelsea, but Olivier Giroud and Kai Havertz both came on in the second half as substitutes.
Tammy Abraham could only watch from the stands as Chelsea lost the FA Cup.
The 23-year-old has suffered for game time since Tuchel replaced Frank Lampard in January despite Timo Werner not scoring goals.
Despite not being Tuchel’s favourite, Abraham is still Chelsea’s top scorer with 12 goals scored in 34 matches so far this season.
Tammy scored his first senior hat-trick in an FA Cup match against Luton and scored the winner at Barnsley in the fifth round.
The England Striker has now been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer, with both Aston Villa and West Ham interested.
