Everton have officially confirmed the signature of former Liverpool and Chelsea manager Rafa Benitez until 2024, MySportDab reports.
The Toffees recently saw their manager resign and make a move to Real Madrid after the Los Blancos made an offer to him.
Rafa Benitez will now be taking over as their new manager after signing a three-year deal which will see him remain until 2024.
Talks between Everton and the manager have been going on for a long and they finally reached an agreement for him to make the move.
Rafa Benitez was once a manager with Chelsea And Liverpool where he won trophies before leaving despite his time with the Blues being short.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed the contract have been signed and he will be taking over in the coming days.
This mean that Everton have now secured the much needed move they need and their attention will be on keeping their big players.
Richarlison is subject of interest from top clubs and the player might be considering a move with Carlo Ancelotti leaving for Real Madrid.
James Rodriguez is also being also linked with a move away and hopefully, Rafa Benitez can push them to stay.
They are also looking to make some moves which could see some big players deciding not to make a move ahead of next season.
