A brace from Cristiano Ronaldo as Portugal beat Hungary 0-3 in a nervy game which saw them struggled so much before the goals, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
A very poor first-half encounter saw both teams failing to make it count in goals as the Portuguese bossed the whole 45 minutes.
Hungary had so much work to do with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Bruno Fernandes leading the squad who are the current Champions of the European Championship.
Portugal had everything going their way as they created opportunities that couldn’t result in anything happening for them despite claiming more ball possession.
More chances but nothing special as they were held by the Hungarians who made site they keep their defense clean and solid to penetrate.

Second Half Report
The second half was an entirely different ball game as the Portuguese showed why they won the Championship last time out.
Portugal continued to pressure their opponent very hard as they didn’t give them breathing space to go forward in the encounter.
The game carried on until Guerreiro broke the deadlock in the 84th minute against Hungary to give the away side a 0-1 after an amazing finish from the defender.
Cristiano Ronaldo immediately doubled the lead from the penalty spot in the 87th minute of the came to make it 0-2 after their opponent was left confused.
Ronald made it his brace in the 90th plus minutes as the Juventus forward ensure he didn’t miss the chance that made it 0-3 with assistance coming from Rafa Silva.
The match ended with Hungary 0-3 Portugal as the European Champions fought through to get a massive win against a very good side to go top of the table.
