Marcus Rashford has now surprisingly confirmed that his England team-mate Jadon Sancho will join Manchester United over the next few days, MySportDab reports.
Sancho will now sign for Manchester United in a £77million deal.
United and Borussia Dortmund have been in talks over the winger for a long time and are now close to an agreement.
A deal for the 21-year-old is expected to be announced by Manchester United over the next few days.
Now, Dortmund have dropped their asking price and agree to accept £73m plus £4m in add-ons.
Rashford and Sancho are currently at Euro 2020 playing for England at but both were unused in Tuesday night’s win over Germany at Wembley.
However, Rashford was on social media after the match and dropped a massive hint that Sancho is set to join Manchester United.
A United fan wrote to Rashford directly, saying ‘announce Sancho’.
Rashford replied, and said ‘Yes x’.
Jadon and Rashford are close friends and remain in England’s squad for the duration of their Euros campaign.
Completing a deal for Jadon Sancho will end United’s race for their No 1 transfer target.
Once Sancho is signed, Coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will now focus on signing a new centre-back and midfielder for Manchester United.
Sancho has struggled to play for England so far this summer and has been enjoyed only six minutes of action.
