Following the announcement of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer new deal Man United were thrashed 4-2 by lower League side QPR, MySportDab reports.
First Half Report
The first half wasn’t that bad for both teams who had one goal each with the 45 minutes which was very entertaining.
Jesse Lingard gave Man United an early lead in the 3rd minutes of the game after he scored a stunner to make the scoreline 0-1.
QPR didn’t took long to respond with a goal of their own in the 7th minutes as Charlie Austin converted neatly as they restored things to 1-1.
The match carried on with more coming from both teams who weren’t that bad and more credit going to Queens Park Rangers who were able to hold their ground.
The first half finally ended with QPR 1-1 Man United as they both headed for the break with both sides settling for a draw.
Second Half Report
The second half was a disaster for Premier League side Manchester Utd who were totally ripped apart by the lower team.
QPR took the lead in the 52nd minute as Lyndon Dykes scored after a great buildup from play which saw the scoreline turning into 2-1.
Things got from bad to worst for Man United as they conceded another goal in the 58th minute and this time it came off Moses Odubajo who made sure he increased the lead to 3-1.
Lyndon Dykes grabbed his brace in the 60th minute after the Red Devils were left helpless with the lower decision side making it 4-1.
The game carried on with more coming from the Premier League side who pushed forward with everything they have with the scoreline on their mind.
Anthony Elanga pulled one back for the Red Devils as the scoreline turned 4-2 after a nice finish in the 73rd minute of the encounter.
The match finally came to an end with QPR 4-2 Man United as the lower league side dealt a huge blow to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side in their preseason.
